Growth Stage of Spiritual Development
Several are: the Tibetan Buddhist tummo, or inner fire, the Chrisitian Holy Spirity, the Chinese Martial Arts and Healing Arts Chi, and the num of African tribal dacers and healers. When one examines the mystical texts, poetry and anecdotal material of a number of traditions experiential paradigms emerge explaining the awakening and motion of the transforming inner power. The absolute most articulated program is the Chakra/Nadi process that seems in Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and Sufism. In this system the kundalini is awakened and techniques up through the central channel or sushumna, piercing the chakras or power stores in the subtle, energy body.
Along the way of going through the chakras the kundalini produces a variety of physical, intellectual, psychological, psychic and religious experiences. Over the Yoga, Tibetan Buddhist and Sufi traditions the words might change in describing the paradigm, but they are basically the same. The Religious program is less fully articulated, but is hinted at in the Guide of Revelations as John, following receiving the awareness of the Holy Spirit from Jesus, later experiences a series of mystical visions. In one of them he is shown the seven closes and the eight tones of God who preside around them. Each seal shows a level of revelation or consciousness.
In Kabbalah, the mystical journey of Judaism, there is an delicate program of the Pine of Life and the sefiroth. Mention can be made from the 7 heavens and the Hebrew words or seems applied to attain them. In the Native National convention, the Hopi Creation History describes vibrational centers that work along the axis or spinal column. These five stores can be found under the navel, at the heart, the neck, just below the the top of mind and at the the surface of the head-a program very like the chakra system. A clay artifact discovered by archeologists in the piles of the ancient Cahokian tribes that existed over the Mississsippi Water in what is today their state of Illinois, shows a berger woman placed on an uncoiling serpent tâm linh.
The serpent increases like a vine up the center of her back, along which are placed numerous gourds. The uncoiling serpent is, in the traditions of Yoga, a image of the awareness kundalini, or serpent power. The old Druids of what’s now England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland had a method of cauldrons. The cauldron of warming located in the navel place contains an interior fireplace, the cauldron of fireplace, which is located in their very center. The Druids might meditate on the cauldron of fireplace to awaken it. Once awakened, the religious power, fanned by the breath, increases, igniting the cauldron of vocation in the center region.
Through the powerful want and longing that emerges in the cauldron of vocation, the heat is carried upward opening the cauldron of Information at the the top of mind, starting the Grasp druid to obtaining divine enthusiasm, truth and knowledge from the universe. There’s an appealing similar that appears to have visited from the old Druid program to the Knights Templar and back to Scotland and the synthesis of the Freemasons. Leadbeater explains the connection between the initial three quantities of Free Masonry and the chakra/nadi system, but may effectively also have shown the link to the ancient Druid process of cauldrons.
